2. Data we process and why

When you voluntarily send a professional inquiry, we may process your name, contact details, company, requested product, quantities, destination and any information included in the email or attachments. These details are used to respond, assess an opportunity, communicate with you and, where appropriate, facilitate contact with a supplier.

3. Legal basis

Handling B2B inquiries may rely on our legitimate interest in responding to professional correspondence (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), subject to the relevant balancing test. Where the data subject personally requests pre-contractual steps, Article 6(1)(b) may apply. Data retained to meet legal duties, where applicable, is processed under Article 6(1)(c). Inquiry data is not used to send unsolicited bulk marketing communications.

4. Inquiry submission

The inquiry form on this website simply prepares a message in your own email application: it does not automatically submit data to a form server. We receive your details only if you choose to send the email. You may attach a Letter of Intent (LOI) or company profile through your email application.

5. Recipients and international transfers

Technical providers may process information necessary to host the website and operate business email, under their applicable terms and data-processing arrangements. We will not transmit identifiable personal data to prospective international suppliers without a valid purpose, appropriate information, a legal basis and the necessary transfer safeguards where required. We will inform affected individuals before any such disclosure is carried out.

6. Retention

As an operating policy, inquiries not leading to an ongoing relationship will be retained for no longer than 12 months after the last communication, unless an earlier erasure request or a legal duty requires otherwise. Where a relationship develops, necessary records may be kept for its duration and applicable statutory retention periods. The operator must implement these periods in practice.

7. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability by emailing trading@kavseran.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD). This website does not perform automated profiling or decisions producing legal effects.

8. Cookies and technical data

This website does not install its own marketing pixels or advertising analytics. The hosting provider may process technical information necessary to deliver and secure the service, including access and security logs, in accordance with its policies. Introducing additional analytics or non-essential cookies would require reviewing this notice and implementing any necessary information and consent mechanisms.
